Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the timelines and creative assets for marketing campaigns. Support the Digital Marketing Manager and work with internal marketing, creative and loyalty teams to successfully execute marketing initiatives in the digital space, which may include email, push notifications/SMS, customer-facing websites and microsites.

Essential Functions:
Coordinate the development and production of digital marketing assets (e.g. email, push notifications/SMS) for marketing campaigns
Manage planning schedules and calendars for marketing campaigns.
Provide Quality Assurance (i.e. testing) of email campaigns, including URL testing, creative and content approvals and deployment approvals
Works with various departments to ensure materials and resources are received in a timely manner.
Navigate and optimize workflow plans to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns/assets
Attend meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones
Independently write simple briefs and collaborate on key corporate initiatives with Digital Marketing Manager(s)
Work with vendors, agencies and third parties to ensure execution of deliverables
Seek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow and project processes
Understand the process and critical steps needed to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns that align with our Customer First philosophy and business objectives
Manage all timetables to ensure consistent on-time results

Requirements:
3 years marketing with at least 2 years focused on digital marketing/email marketing
Strong project leadership, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of individual work styles
Knowledge of digital marketing/email marketing and branding best practices
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel independently

Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related area
2 years digital marketing/email experience with retailer, consumer packaged goods, digital marketing agency, or advertising agency
Understanding of digital marketing production processes along with campaign management experience
Experience in ecommerce desired
