Job Title: Digital Marketing Solutions Project Manager
Duration: 6 + Months Contract
Location: New York, NY
The Emerging Products Group Program Manager is a member of a team of professionals whose responsibilities include:
1. Pre Sales Support for the Sales team
2. Assisting Sales Engineering with Solution Design and Scoping
3. Overseeing the implementation of contracted solutions, often many solutions at once
4. Performing ongoing account management functions for selected customers
5. Identifying and delivering further revenue generating opportunities.
Solution Deployment Responsibilities include:
1. Appropriate program management reports, including but not limited to project plans, timelines, milestone charts, state of the account reports, opportunity reports and risk assessments.
2. Higher level oversight of project work being directly implemented by a specific project Manager including, including testing, training, and customer service deployment, and ongoing account deliveries
3. Specific account based day-to-day project management.
4. Facilitate analytics deliveries and on Neustar’s products.
5. Assist with setup and knowledge transfer on Neustar's IDMP and MTA Multi Touch Attribution Solution Products
Account management responsibilities include:
1. Review and analyze customer activity on a regular basis
2. Ongoing account engagement
3. Identify and address strategic business issues and opportunities and work with Sales to mature those opportunities
Professional services opportunities include:
1. Identify and address strategic business issues and opportunities
2. Develop and present detailed solutions to client needs
General Skills and Experience:
1. Technical and client facing solution deployment expertise and the proven ability to develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures that ensure superior products and customer solutions.
2. Understanding of technical needs of customer and overall business knowledge that can only be obtained from 10+ years experience in various industries.
Specific Experience and Skills:
1. Strong leadership, planning and decision-making skills
2. Digital Marketing Experience with DMP, AdServers, Audience Creation and Targeting, and other relevant experience
3. Experience as an active participant in the pre-sales process from sales calls through proposals, and capable of providing alternative solutions to customers as necessary
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate Neustar’s service portfolio of solutions at all levels
5. Excellent customer focus and client relationship management skills
6. Strong project and people management experience
7. Experience acting as the operations resource internally as well as the trusted advisor for the client base
8. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
9. Provide expertise in defining and delivering revenue generating solutions and services to both clients and partners.
10. The ability to travel 25%
