Job Description :
The Digital Marketing Governance Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of governance reviews to our customer-facing digital experiences, with a primary focus on mobile applications but also supporting websites and social media.
This role will work closely with stakeholders across Client''s seeking to launch, update, or end-of-life external digital experiences.
This Project Manager''s primary responsibility is to be the primary point of contact for our governance operations with internal stakeholders, facilitating our governance policies, standards, and processes for each engagement.
The Digital Marketing Governance Project Manager will also closely work with members of the Digital Governance team who define the relevant policies, standards, and guidelines of which the Project Manager will oversee execution.

Typical tasks include:
* Coordination of BU, Agencies, and stakeholders for execution of our governance processes for mobile apps, web, and social media, including facilitation of necessary internal approvals required to publish
* Provide subject matter expertise for mobile applications, including technical development and integration considerations, as well as standards that could optimize Client''s''s overall mobile application portfolio
* Advise on ongoing enhancements to business engagement processes and tools
* Assist in the implementation of new governance requirements, including developing and delivering training to internal stakeholders
* Monitor governance indicators, including mobile app performance indicators as well as stakeholder engagement indicators

* BA/BS degree with minimum of 3+ years’ experience in program and project management
* Experience gathering customer requirements and translating into actionable tasks
* Strong digital marketing expertise, with a deep focus in mobile applications
* Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and Excel, and ability to influence others through data
* Ability to work effectively with and influence multiple business units across Client''s
* Knowledge of Jira ticketing system preferred
* Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, project management, ability to learn quickly and adapt to a constantly changing environment
* Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and make decisions quickly backed by data or previous experience.
