Job Summary:
The Content Coordinator will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Candidate duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.
As a Content coordinator, you should perform well under deadlines, be detail-oriented and should be able to oversee content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

Essential Functions:
Support Content Manager with all project duties. Organize content requirements and help manage all inbound requests relating to website content and development.
Work closely with digital marketing team to generate materials for all website updates programs and metrics reporting relating to each.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout.
Develop Content plans based on promotions and business strategies and work with internal and external agencies to create and publish engaging content.
Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts and liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in an project manager, content manager or digital marketing role.
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
Familiarity with social media
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
