Analyse and understand digital assets, including web pages, mobile pages and digital campaigns of customers. Build a reporting solution to help customers gauge campaign performances across owned, earned and paid media, including Social Media. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and increase channel effectiveness by understanding attribution modeling, performing A/B testing or doing Competitive Intelligence.

Position expectations in detail:
1. Solve business problems & develop business solution: Use problem solving methodologies to propose creative solutions to solve business problem. Recommend design and develop state-of-the-art data driven analysis using statistical & advanced analytics methodologies to solve business problems. Develop models & recommend insights. Form hypothesis and run experiments to gain empirical insights and validate hypothesis. Identify and eliminate possible obstacles and identify alternative creative solution.
2. Project management: Lead at least one client engagement independently. Execute end to end client engagements. Ensure regular client updates & meetings, stakeholder management, any failure or risk analysis of the project, data sources, tracking execution & success metrics is done effectively & efficiently.
3. Client relationship management: Build deep client relationship, network & be a thought partner. Anticipate business problems & deliver par excellence.
4. Sales support & account growth: Actively focus on opportunities to grow the client along with the senior engagement manager. Support the sales team as required for RFPs and regular sales pitches
5. Firm building: Contribute to firm growth by participating and conducting training sessions. Also, participate in other activities which make Fractal an employer of choice.
6. Coaching & grooming: Coach & groom the team on gaining knowledge & skills on first principles of analytics techniques, problem solving, project management, client relationship management & team work skills. Conduct regular one to one reviews with team members.

Skills & Qualifications:
Below are some of the areas that a Digital Analytics person is expected to have experience in:
1. Experience in Adobe Analytics or Site Catalyst or Omniture – 2-3 years
2. Experience in Google Analytics – 2-3 years
3. Well conversant with the complete digital process: Extraction of data from Adobe, building reports and dashboards in Excel or using tools like Tableau, Qlikview
4. Web Analytics experience in analysing digital campaigns across channels: Display, SEM, SEO, Emails
5. Understand the Campaign Analytics process in Digital – Conversant with how campaigns work and how to measure their performance effectiveness
6. Experience in A/B Testing
7. Understand Attribution Modeling and what helps in Conversions
8. Good knowledge of database and data warehouse/data lake – Oracle, SQL Server, IBM DB2
9. Experience in Reporting and Dashboarding – Tableau, Qlikview, Spotfire, PowerBI
10. Experience in tag management – Testing whether tags are present in websites and adding codes
11. Experience in Social Media Marketing – Getting data from social media tools and analysing them
12. Experience in working with Ad Agency tools like Sizmek, Adwords
13. Experience in Competitive Intelligence tools like SEMRush or Conscore
14. Experience in analysing traffic and leads from Mobile devices
15. Experience in modeling techniques using SAS or R
16. Experience in customer segmentation and targeting using advanced analytics techniques
