The Digital Experience Specialist, Lead will collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, product managers as well as a variety of stakeholders, to research, design and develop new digital products and improve existing digital products or product lines. Evaluates and ensures design feasibility and design optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams with third-party vendors to influence and drive best-in-class digital experiences on Priority

· 7 Years UX & UI design experience
· 3 years desktop, mobile and native mobile design
· 2 years leading large scale projects and initiatives
· 2 years conducting usability research
· 2 years leading agile teams
· High proficiency in web design applications such as Sketch and InVision
· Creation of prototypes, wireframes, story maps, personas, user stories, etc
· Creative problem solving
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· UX & UI design standards, heuristic analyses/expert review
· HTML, CSS, Javascript
· An eye for detail and color
· Ability to think conceptually and brainstorm
· Work with Product Manager/Owner and stake holders to define scope and vision for the portfolio of member products
· Lead digital user experience and digital interface vision and process
· Act as a conduit between the member, design (UX/UI) and development to solve complex interactions and humanize product
· ideas through design thinking
· Present design solutions to stakeholders and Priority Health executives, articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback
· into the design cycle
· Lead the development of and govern the design system (visual design, CSS & HTML snippets) of digital products to ensure
· greater consistency and efficiency of ongoing and future product design endeavors
· Evaluate and sign off on design resources
· Collaborate with Business Analyst(s) to ensure technical boundaries are considered during the design process
· Be an advocate for the member and a change agent within the health insurance industry
