Following is the role and responsibilities of a Digital Engagement Lead (DEL):
Right-hand man for the API Management Program Leadership
Embed with the project teams and establishes as a go-to person for the project teams
Define delivery roadmap with milestones aligned with leadership’s vision
Partner with leadership to define or fine-tune strategy
Manage and track scope for all projects/tracks under the API management program
Orchestrate program activities and tasks based on priorities and dependencies
Manage dependencies for effective delivery
Overall Program coordination and tracking
Run deep-dive technical and strategy workshops as required
Provide inputs/feedback for digital architectures based on the past implementation experience and best practices
Ascertain that solutions become reality
Maintain and Publish program/project reports for program health tracking
Risk Management
Support leadership to evangelize the Digital and API management concepts
Description:
Overall 10+ years of Information Technology experience
Strong leadership, Customer Collaboration, Resource Management and Project/Program Management Experience
This role doesn’t require hands-on coding but need someone who comes from the hands-on background in
architecture, design and implementation expertise in JEE, APIs, ESB, Apigee or MuleSoft or any other API
Management Platform, Spring Rest, Spring Boot, Cloud Technologies, MVC Design patterns
Experience running and defining strategy for API or Integration or Digital programs
Experience with Cloud based deployment/hosting models, hands on design and implementation expertise on cloud
In-depth technical experience in designing and architecting large multi-platform/distributed IT systems with large
transaction volumes, troubleshooting production issues
Thought Leadership to drive cloud architecture assessments, define target state architecture blue print, migration
roadmap and present architecture approach to internal and external stake holders
Ability to clearly communicate and present Strategy / Roadmap / Delivery Plan / Architecture / Design to client
