Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Content Web Editor to support one of our major nationwide clients, who will be responsible for improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Duties will also include writing to improve SEO best practices and editing existing content on the company’s CMS.
As a Digital Content Web Editor, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented, as well as an expert in content optimization and brand consistency. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all web content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

Essential Job Functions:
Lead content updates through data driven decisions, SEO best practices and the voice of the customer at the center
Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies for execution of enterprise SEO strategy and web campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, site experience and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency and best practices
Collaborate with site experience team and SEO team to improve site content layout, internal linking strategy, and content updates
Publish existing content to site using our CMS platform
Show superior prioritization, workload balancing, assessment, time management and organizational skills
Demonstrate ability to maintain and build positive business relationships and partnerships
Ability to navigate and optimize workflow plans to ensure on-time delivery of assets
Provide cost estimates for proposed projects independently or through collaboration with subject matter experts, agencies, etc.
Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure timely completion of all project milestones
Confer regularly and report progress routinely to Digital Marketing Manager(s) and key stakeholders/team members.
Independently write simple briefs and collaborate on key corporate initiatives with Marketing Manager(s), Site Experience and SEO team
Work with vendors, agencies and third parties to ensure execution of deliverables
Seek ways to continually improve team collaboration, workflow and project processes
Manage all timetables to ensure consistent on-time results

Minimum Position Qualifications:
2 years marketing experience with at least 1 years focused on digital marketing/content
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and content best practices
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of individual work styles
Strong project leadership, organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail

Desired Previous Job Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related area preferred
1 year digital marketing/SEO experience with large retailer, multi-brand company and/or agency
Understanding of digital marketing production processes along with campaign management experience
