Job Description:
Senior Digital Business Analyst to join our digital commerce team. The Business Analyst’s primary role will be to work with client sponsors and stakeholders to elicit and document business and functional requirements for our commerce solutions.

Responsibility:-
Develop a comprehensive perspective for client commerce solutions, working with stakeholders to elicit, validate, prioritize and document business and functional requirements
Perform requirements gathering through interviews, document and artifact analysis, facilitated workshop sessions, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Communicate and collaborate proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information and functional needs and deliver functional requirements, business requirements, and use cases
Engage successfully in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Drive and challenge business stakeholders on requirements, processes, and solution drivers to ensure an appropriate level of detail and to remove ambiguity
Bring strong analytical skills to bear on projects, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Provide subject matter expertise in one or more industries and bring best practices into requirement discussions
Drive alignment of the digital and commerce strategy and requirements with the overall business strategy
Align commerce solution metrics with overall business metrics help drive client stakeholders to consensus
Develop and deliver customized training for client end-users on each project

Required:-
5 or more years of experience working on a software implementation / development team as a business analyst
3 or more years of experience with formal project management methodologies with experience in both Waterfall and Agile approaches
At least one year of experience defining both functional and regression test suites (in collaboration with Quality Assurance)
At least one year working in a management consulting environment serving a variety of clients supporting business strategy definition and validation, visioning, and metrics / success measure definition
Must have experience developing business processes / workflows in Visio or PowerPoint or similar application
Must have a strong functional knowledge and understanding of the capabilities of leading eCommerce platforms including SAP/hybris, Elastic Path, ATG, IBM WebSphere Commerce Server or similar
Preferred experience working on enterprise programs that included search, content management, commerce, analytics, and ERP integration with SAP or Oracle EBS or RMS.
Ability to describe requirements in terms of users, activities, tables, fields, file layouts
Ability to understand and analyze data models using SQL Query
Proficient in MS Office products suite including MS Project and Visio
Comfortable with travel- up to 50%.
