Position Title: Digital Asset Manager & IT Liaison
Reports to: CXO & VP of Finance
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing or Communications

Summary of Duties:
TAG is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to join our team. This position will oversee all aspects of TAG’s digital assets and strategy, including TAG’s websites and e-marketing platforms. Additionally, this position will play a key role in the collection and management of data, content and updates for TAG’s Where Georgia Leads platform and its full menu of technology sector ecosystem reports and white papers. This position also will serve as the IT liaison, ensuring that all technical aspects of TAG’s digital assets and equipment are optimized and fully functional.
The ideal candidate must have strong website management, CRM and e-marketing platform skills. Proficiency in managing digital analytics and dashboards required, along with skills in SEO management, e-marketing communications (SilverPop, Mailchimp) and HTML coding. Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) also required. Photography, videography skills a plus.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Website:
Oversee TAG’s website mission and strategy.
Ensure website functionality and security in tandem with IT, software and licensing vendors.
Assist with development, implementation and maintenance of digital infrastructure, hardware, and software utilized for the organization's website.
Lead website content, overseeing all content flow and submissions in coordination with Communications and Experience teams.
Maintain and enhance website design and user functionality
Develop metrics dashboard for website effectiveness and analytics
Write and manage content for websites and related digital and print material assets
Maintain website content, messaging and keep imagery up to date
CRM System:
Lead and supervise all functions of TAG’s CRM system, including troubleshooting, staff training and vendor liaison duties.
Marketing:
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that TAG’s digital assets provide content and functionality that meet the business needs of the organization.
Support and assist in executing digital marketing plans, especially on e-marketing platform(s
Leverage and keep up to date on industry trends and marketing best practices to refine strategy and increase target audience engagement.
Research:
Oversee collection, management and updates of data and maps for TAG’s Where Georgia Leads platform and assist in providing communications assets (PowerPoint, Tableau dashboards) for Where Georgia Leads information.
Manage collection of data, content and updates for TAG’s ecosystem reports and white papers, including the annual State of the Industry Report.
Plan and execute annual State of the Industry report, including vendor meetings, admin support, data management and communications plan in coordination with Communications team.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
5 to 7 years of experience preferred
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Must be proficient in Google Suite: Analytics, WebMaster, AdWords
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Dreamweaver, Brackets or another HTML editor
Working knowledge of CMS environment for website management (i.e. DNN or WordPress)
Strong written communication skills and creative ability
Must have an entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to multi-task and work well in a collaborative team environment
Ability to travel and work some early mornings and evenings to support TAG events and statewide network
