Responsibilities
Conduct analysis of customer journey and customer experience, including both traditional and digital channels, identify customer pain-points and recommend improvement
Align with stakeholders across multiple departments to implement improvement of customer experience
Responsible for specifying, monitoring, gathering, analyzing, and reporting all metrics related to Internet initiatives including revenue, reach, and engagement metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, ROI, open rates, conversion rates, web behavior, etc. for the entire internet portfolio of sites and campaigns. Provide proactive, timely analytic insights in order to positively impact interactive user experience and achieve interactive goals and objectives for individual campaigns and programs, as well as for the organization’s interactive performance at large.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in a quantitative analysis field (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, etc)
Proven experience in using web analytics platforms and enterprise grade analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Marketing Cloud); Good experience with SQL or other data query language/tool
At least 1-2 years’ working experience in Digital Analytics; Strong business acumen and ability to understand business problems and provide recommendation
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and business partner across the organization and at various levels
Able to work independently and within a collaborative environment
