Description:
The profile should be well versed in cable telecom OSS/BSS domain and should have experience in Service Provisioning, Order management, Billing areas.
Should have the following skillsets
o Experience with L2, & L3 operational support
o Experience in building customized monitoring tools and monitoring cloud based systems
o Well versed with project onboarding, release & capacity management activities.
o Experience with operations readiness and acceptance activities
o Highly experienced in large, enterprise scale integration environments
o Able to work in 24*7 support shift mode
o Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
o Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
o Excellent Communication and Analytical skills
o ITIL Certified
