Job Description:-
Software engineering experience with a strong focus on DevOps
Expert in at least one of the languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby and Java
Proficient with git and git workflows
Hands-on experience at Writing scripts and automation using Perl/Python/Groovy/Java/Bash
Hands-on experience with SQL and non-SQL
Strong Experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Jenkins build systems
Experience with Containers/Kubernetes
Experience with Github for source control
Strong Experience with GCP, AWS and/or other Cloud technologies
Experience with Configuration Management tools and Release Engineering (like Branching, versioning, tagging)
Experience with Application performance monitoring
Experience with canary deployments
Excellent inter-personal and teamwork skills
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analysis skills
Experience working in a geographically distributed team
Experience with leading and mentorship of other engineers - Ability to provide technical leadership and oversight to the team
Good knowledge of Agile Scrum
Good communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
Support automation and streamlining software releases
Utilize various open source technologies to orchestrate solutions
Automate deployments by writing scripts and automation using Perl/Python/Groovy/Java/Bash
Configure and manage data sources
Deploy updates and fixes and assist technical support
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve release train experience
Perform root cause analysis for production errors
