Summary:
Eliminate transmission related issues related to processes, system software and networks
Manage Capacity, change, risk, incidents, problems and Root cause analysis.
Extensive knowledge of Perl / shell scripting and build custom automation using scripting.
Good knowledge on network concepts firewall / Load balancer (ltm / gtm)
Good understanding of SQL / PSQL, Stored Procedures.
Manage and SDLC Automation of Java based applications (weblogic / mulesoft and other application related deployments)
o Good knowledge on File Transfer protocols & API Gateway services
o Maintain Comprehensive knowledge / understanding of multi-Platform middleware applications (domain including Z/os, Iseries, unix, windows, VPN, FTPS, SSl Certificates, connect direct, AS2, SFTP, AS2, MAPS, Cryptography keys, weblogic, Mulesoft)
o Continuously deploy capability of global file transmissions platform and team by researching technology upgrading, encouraging the use of knowledge management tools, conceptualize, manage and execute important projects to achieve organizational objectives for identifying and eliminating risk, saving costs, achieving strategic initiatives, improving service levels, increasing efficiency, improving competitive comparability and raising transparency
o Prepare Monthly reports on service related key performance indicators for senior management
