Job Title : Devops Automation Lead
Location : Boston MA
Duration : 6 Months
Job Description:
Building Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines for linux and python-based environments, preferably with experience doing so with some of the AWS tools (Cloud Formation and Code Pipeline in particular) as well as experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
Hands-on systems administration of Ubuntu Linux running on AWS with Ansible and CloudFormation for automation tasks
Strong familiarity with AWS systems environment including EC2, AutoScaling, ELB/ALB, RDS, VPC & Security Groups. Prior experience with Docker and Container Management (ECS or Kubernetes) as well as serverless application architecture and tooling (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Serverless Application Model ) strongly desired
Coding experience (python/boto3) and SLDC practices strongly desired
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with technical teams and technical management
From the project/objectives, would be looking for the following
Work closely with existing DevOps and software development teams and AWS technical resources to drive forward initiatives to implement the first version of a CI/CD deployment pipeline
Identify opportunities and initiate pilots implementation of containers in the CI/CD pipeline
