Job role: Devops Architect
Location; Plano, TX
Duration: 12 Months
Must have Skills:
Experience implementing, deploying, and monitoring distributed systems on AWS
Experience implementing and deploying hybrid systems with on-premises and AWS components
Excellent knowledge of Cloud based Web Applications Architecture
Excellent knowledge of deployment technologies with emphasis on AWS Cloud
Experience building and maintaining continuous integration/continuous deployment systems
Experience with software development tools and build systems such as Jenkins
Computer Science or Engineering degree with 8+ years experience
4+ years of Devops and Build Tools experienceProficiency in Linux/Unix and one or more scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Unix shell)
Expertize in driving requirements and architecting solutions
Expertize in writing deployment automation code
Strong understanding of AWS security and monitoring, and experience implementing best practices
Ability to influence management, other architects and colleagues to drive Cloud initiatives
AWS SysOps/DevOps Certification is preferred
