Overall experience working in hands on development/lead involving Java/J2EE technologies
5+ years of leading development teams as a technical lead / technical manager
Excellent communicator, communicate efficiently across the organization such as QA, Infrastructure, Networking, PMO, Customer to ensure delivery of the project
Experience working in Agile based projects and iterative model, CA-Rally tool or similar agile tool
Lead team responsible for development and maintenance of Java/JEE based Enterprise Applications and Integration Layer
Experience in component planning/activities are aligned with the Integration Strategy
Good understanding and past hands on working experience on Java/JEE, SOA, Web Services, WorkFlow, Integration (internal and external systems) projects
Able to lead complex JAD sessions, WAR rooms with developers and engineers, building consensus, and creating action plans
Day to day managing development team''s work items, resolving issues, performing code reviews
People management, conflict resolution, team building, mentoring, recruitment etc
Project estimations, define timeline and scope / SoW documents
Excellent in writing Technical and Design specs, perform reviews
8+ years of hands-on Java and J2EE based technology
3-4+ years of Web Services/APIs and Integration technologies
5+ years of experience in CI/CD and DevOps Environment (like GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, SVN, Maven, CodeHub etc)
Nice to have:
Experience in Healthcare domain with HIPPA/x12 transactions.
Mule ESB, or any other ESB related hands on B2B development
EDI Knowledge, development, transformation and routing
BPEL, BPM etc
