The Support Practice Group of Kraft Kennedy is seeking applicants for the full time position of DevOps Engineer which will be located at our new Network Operations Center in Wilton, Connecticut.

Job Description
- Explore, Assess and Optimize Internal Workflows
- Assist Internal Clients with Ad-Hoc Automation Tasks
- Devise & Implement Mechanisms to Programmatically Maintain & Deploy Systems
- Review, Understand & Maintain Existing Scripts, Monitors, etc.
- Troubleshoot Issues Stemming from Automated Monitoring Systems
- Play Key Role in Small & Large Projects Centric to Workflow Optimization & Efficiency
- Maintain Technical Knowledge by Attending Workshops & Reviewing Industry Publications

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Any Discipline
- Some experience in application development
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Admirable Patience with Clients & Colleagues
- Experience with Windows Server 2008+, Active Directory, GPOs & Domains
- Familiarity with Standard Networking Components (e.g., Firewall, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Basic Understanding of Relational Databases
- Incessant Desire to Learn & Deploy New Technologies
- Ability to Conceptualize & Communicate Complex Tasks
- Experience with RMM Tool(s) (e.g., LabTech, Kaseya, N-able)
- Ability to Read & Write Batch, PowerShell & VBS Scripts (Expertise Not Required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AWS Platform
- Experience with MS SQL and MySQL
- Familiarity with Dev/Test Workflows
- MSP or Internal Helpdesk Experience
- Experience with LabTech & ConnectWise
- LAMP Development & Web API Experience
