Due to company growth, PCMS has an opening for a Development Project Manager in our North American office. This individual is accountable for managing and coordinating resources and processes to deliver software releases of PCMS products. DPMs play a key role in leading the team to deliver products that go beyond our customers’ expectations.

Duties:
Lead complex, multi-disciplinary software development projects from inception to completion
Professionally facilitate discussions and drive resolution to issues.
Work with the development team on a daily basis to execute assigned projects within deadlines and budget.
Manage project schedules, identify risks and communicate them to project stakeholders
Maintain dependency plan between planned sprints across development, infrastructure, and third parties
Serve as the scrum master for the project team, as required
Follows the identified company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
6 years of technical experience.
3 years of experience in project management for a software development team.
Experience in professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle (SDLC
experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budge
Advanced computer literacy, including all Microsoft Office programs.
Valid driver’s license, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, and travel.
