Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, design, coding, fixing bugs during user acceptance testing, and deployment. Experience in web application development using C# with MS SQL Server database is a must. Strong SQL query skills are necessary for this data centric application. Prior experience in developing applications for a State of Arizona government agency, knowledge of CASA (Court Appointment Special Advocates) business processes and the CASAaz web application is required. Experience with HTML reports and document management systems would be useful. Throughout the assignment the contractor will be required to transfer the appropriate knowledge to other developers on the team so that they can continue to support the application once the project has ended.
