Must Have- Avaya Upgrade Experience, Genesys IVR
We have an immediate client need for 5 developers who have had Avaya upgrade experience, specifically in the following areas:
Build new lab for Genesys IVR, Routing and Reporting environment requiring total 39 new servers.
Build new lab for VHT environment for Avaya 8.0.
Work with Genesys to certify Genesys components for Avaya 8.0 and resolve issues.
Integrate and test NICE/EXE to Avaya 8.0.
