Job Description :
Minimum Qualification:
· A bachelor’s in computer science (or equivalent) degree, military experience, or equivalent practical experience.
· 5 years of experience with Information Security and security engineering.
· 4 years of experience in delivery and DevOps.
· Must possess strong consulting, documentation, and presentation skills.
· Must have in-depth knowledge of attacker techniques and tools.
· Capable of writing signatures or correlation rules to detect threats and identify compromise.
· Prior demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring others.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Proven track record developing, implementing and integrating security tools and technologies and process integrations in cloud-based architectures.
· Prior experience working with application/product development teams on design and implementation of best-practices for security as code.
· Knowledge of various Security Development Lifecycle approaches as they relate to SDLC and CICD practices.
· Experience with cloud based WAF tools.
· Experience with public cloud based software defined networking.
· Demonstrated experience in comparative technology reviews and analysis.
· Able to be a thought leader for aspects of cyber operations across multiple domains.
· Proven ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment.
· Experience with angular, C#, python, json, git, graph db, sql, javascript.
· Familiarity implementing telemetry which can provide security insight into the full stack and operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience in a technology company working closely with product and DevOps engineers on security requirements.
· Experience with DevOps environments and Azure security controls a strong plus.
· Familiarity and experience with standards and compliance frameworks including ISO, SANS, OWASP, NIST, SSAE SOC, ITIL, HIPAA, etc.
· Excellent written visualization and verbal communication skills.
