Basic Qualifications
You have a Bachelors degree in CS with 3-5 years industry complex software design and coding experience. Masters degree with 2 year experience is preferred
You can communicate your ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
Proven solid cloud architecture and best practices skill with cloud IaaS such as GCP (Preferred), AWS and MS Azure.
Hands on experience on OpenShift, PCF, Kubernetes, Docker – Design, Architecture, Solution Design.
CI/CD experience (automate build, packaging, test pipelines and deployments with Jenkins, git)
Terraform, Ansible, Puppet and Chef experience
Experience in designing and deploying cloud native applications for a PaaS environment
Provide expert technical leadership to customers and partners regarding all aspects of IaaS and PaaS platform
In depth experience with Docker, Kubernetes and micro-services in general
Solid Linux systems skill of CentOS/RHELs7+ or Ubuntu required, MS Windows Server (2016) a plus
System and network security best practices, SDN knowledge a plus
Agile (SCRUM) experience preferred
Design thinking experience a plus
Ability to work independently as well as with a team OR (Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with others on multi-disciplinary projects
Self-disciplined with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communications OR (The ability to work collaboratively, to communicate technical concepts clearly and accurately)
Energetic and self-starting
Knowledge and experience with running customer facing, cloud-based, production software system
Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Build (multi-region) infrastructure in public cloud providers
Manage and operate infrastructure as code for CI/CD, release management etc.
Develop tools to automate process and tasks
Develop blue / green deployment system
Develop and maintain log aggregation
Develop and maintain infrastructure metrics collection
Setup alert system
Ensure system compliance with various corporate requirements (for example, security
Ensure uptime of the platform for end-users as well as development teams.
Collaborate with coworkers from design, engineering, product, project, QA and content teams.
