Handling Log analysis
Exp using network sniffers
Experience working with forensic tools in Windows environment
Working in open source environment
Java Scripting experience
This is replacing a full time County employee and COMM skills will need to be a 7+ rating and personality should be easy to talk, not to stressed out, can handle high pressure environment
Looking at someone in mid to senior range (7-10 yrs of exp)
Rate sort of open but keep it competitive. Manager is more concerned about great skills than rate.
