Rate: $50/hr c2c
Mode of Interview: Skype (with submission share skype and photo ID)
Role: DevOps Engineer
- Responsible for executing the end to end delivery of in-scope DevOps pillars
- Act as “CI Developer” to implement CI / CD pipeline and standards across projects
- Train the various project teams on CI / CD tools & standards
- Develop, support and document automation scripts, automated build and deployment processes
- Work with the tools team to implement new enhancements and features on the CI/CD pipeline based on requirements
- Work with Release Engineering to incorporate automated deployments
- Work with Infrastructure/Cloud teams to incorporate Cloud provisioning scripts with the CI pipeline
Required Skillsets
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in build, Software Configuration Management (SCM) and deployments
- Hands on experience with CI/CD pipeline
- Understanding of Bitbucket, GIT Repositories as well as Jenkins and TeamCity job configurations and troubleshooting
- Hands on experience in setting various Branching strategies, pull request concept and GIT commands
- Hands on experience on Visual Studio IDE, Artifactory for MSBuild, JFrog, NUnit, Resharper, SonarQube, and other development pipeline tools
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Very good customer service skills with the ability to be hands on and strategic at the same time
- Ability to understand and align the execution of the holistic vision of the CI/CD strategy
- Understanding of how AWS / Azure Cloud concepts like EC2, Infra as a service, Platform as a service, etc.
