Hands on:
Experience of the build and deployment of software using automated tools and technologies
Hands on with Continuous Integration , Continuous Delivery processes and DevOps methodologies
Experience with automation/configuration management using either Ansible, or an equivalent
Demonstrable technical skills at an expert level with:
o Version Control - SVN , GIT, Bit bucket
o Build Tool – Ant, Maven, Gradle
o CI Tool - Jenkins
o Scripting - strong Linux , shell scripting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to nontechnical and technical audiences
Manage the methods of deployment (development, testing and production) and the processes and tools required to execute those deployments
Potential evening and weekend support may be required
Work effectively with teams across to support operational best practices
Desired Skills (Not essential but beneficial to have):
Basic knowledge of automated test configuration and code quality tools like JUnit, xUnit, Selenium, SonarQube
Basic monitoring and logging experience
1+ year of experience on Java programming
Good to have Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS
