Mandatory Skills
Code Configuration for Cloud based SAAS products like Dell Boomi / NetSuite / Salesforce
- Should be able to understand manage, articulate and define code/Repository management and branching strategies
- Ability to define the code merge and approval process for releases
- Working knowledge for code deployment automation using scripting tools like ANT, Jenkins
- Expert in usage of Repositories like GIT.
Environment management SAAS products like Dell Boomi / NetSuite / Salesforce products
- Independently manage the environment configurations across multiple sandbox, QA, Dev or Production environment
- Should have working knowledge of LINUX Commands and scripting tools like Jenkins
- Knowledge of specific Environment configurations across the specific SAAS products
- Lead / Assist in developing Runbooks for environment management
- Should be able to define and implement Backup procedures, Rollback strategies
Generic Skill
- Should work with the Release management team for the release process
- Should be a self-starter and motivated individual
- Be part of the Change management advisory board for release impact analysis and scheduling change management dates
- Excellent Communication and written skills
Nice to Have
- Automation experience and building CI/CD across any of the SAAS based products
- Knows the release management process across Dell Boomi / Netsuite / Salesforce
