Job Description :
At least 8 years of experience in business analysis.
Well versed in requirement elicitation, creation of use cases and user stories, business process documentation (“as-is” and “to-be” processes), process visualization and creation of business solution.
Strong analytical skills for building solution to the business problems
There is also a Lead BA position, where the candidate also should have similar experience in completely owning large program
Experience in Agile project environment is highly desirable
Highly desirable to have skills in Database, SQL, scripting
Desired to have worked in the education domain for the LA position even though it is not mandatory
CBAP certification is highly desirable, but not mandatory for strong senior profiles
As a senior business analyst, work closely with the client business team to understand and document their requirements of business changes, and get the requirements signed-off
Engage stakeholders to identify cross-functional features, and impacts to current processes, operations, and platforms
Translate business needs into requirements then into actions, including process modeling, creation of other visual models, business rule capture, user stories, use cases, functional requirements, and capturing user acceptance criteria
Map high level processes and elicit service requirements from process improvement activities
Bundling of service backlog items into implementable initiatives at the Scrum and Sprint backlog level, supporting the product owners and Scrum teams in the understanding of initiatives/scrum feature contents
Develop detailed service requirements, requirements scope, use cases, and user stories as needed, and work with Business Analysts at the Scrum level to ensure implementation of those
Ensure that Customer Experience and Customer Care requirements are included in the Service Backlog and cascaded down to the releases
Facilitating meetings involving cross-functional teams across the life cycle from strategy and planning to implementation
Generate and maintain requirements traceability matrixes and the relationships to use cases
Produce communications and documentation that is clear and organized
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
