Highly Proficient:
Hands on knowledge on Devops project.
Should have exposure on full java stack. With in-depth knowledge on Collections, Multithreading, Annotations, Generics, AOP)
Release management tools like RLM, Docker, TeamCity
Infra server setups for WAS, Tomcat, LINUX.
Build & release automation scripting using shell scripting.

Proficient:
Knowledge on WebSphere Application Server configurations, class loaders, sessions, resource management, security,
Eclipse IDE, TeamCity/Hudson/Jenkins environments
SVN/Jira and associated plugin APIs.
SonarQube or similar code quality, code coverage and reporting tools, code packaging and Application Server deployments via Jars/Wars/Ears/MinifiedJS,
Knowledge of distributed task scheduling on Cloud or Grid is useful.
Somewhat Proficient:
Selenium & test automation tools like Load runner
