Position: Dev-Opt /L3Support (Managerial Level)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Fulltime
The qualified candidate should have strong technical skills,
production support experience as both L2 and L3 capacity, and
extensive experience in JAVA, J2EE and Web related application
design and architecture experience. Need to have business knowledge of enterprise Big Data. it is a senior position so that the candidate can work independently and is able to give work instruction to offshore developers and production support members. The candidate will be involved in
- requirement analysis and technical documentation
- Understanding of Big data/Hadoop/Horton words/MapR environments
- hands-on implementation of all critical components of system for data governance and security applications.
- build automated tool for component integrated and regression testing.
- lead and instruct offshore developer/support members to work on the same project
- work with BA and QA to complete QA test cases and procedures
- work on release / deployment process
- Provide L2 / L3 production support and work with end user to resolve production issues.
