Job Description :
Job Title- Technical Support / Desktop support
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: Long term

Need Face to Face after skype round.
Able and willing to work flexible hours in shifts (24/7)

Specific Requirements:
Knowledge of command line Linux (Ubuntu preferred but not required)
o file tree navigation
o using a text editor
Previous experience in IT support
o writing support tickets
o knowledge of problem management frameworks (ITIL preferred but not required)
Interest in learning networking skills
o Understanding and troubleshooting routers and switches
o Or willingness to work towards certification
General Qualifications:
A good mental and physical discipline to stay alert and responsive in front of a screen for several hours at a time
Responsible, reliable, and calm under pressure
Able and willing to work flexible hours in shifts
A testing mindset – able to support issues and suggest improvements to existing tools
A keen interest in technology and its advancement in society
