Job Description :
Role - Desktop Systems Compliance Administrator
Duration - 12 months
Location Springfield MA

Responsibilities:
· Review weekly, monthly and quarterly system and account object reports for comparison and remediation (Anti- virus, Account Management,
Systems Inventory)
· Report compliance inaccuracies for remediation
· Review inventory system reports for accurate record keeping
· Documentation of procedures, processes and current tasks (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) processes
· Review current processes for revision to process and procedures
· Submit, change and close workflows using various technologies
· Open, assign and close Service Desk tickets associated with remediation tasks

Qualifications:
· Highly motivated individual with attention to detail; able to analyze varied volumes of data in minimal timeframes; identify trends and anomalies,
using research techniques; and provide remediation feedback to management for corrective action.


Superior problem solving and analytical skills with an attitude of perseverance.
· Adapts well to rapidly changing priorities and workload.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain reporting and remediation findings clearly and concisely.
· Able to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines and principal responsibilities.
· Must have a technical understanding of the Windows desktop and server platforms, and the relationship between domain and local system user access, as well as Windows file system permissions.
· Must be a proficient user of Windows 7
· Intermediate (end-user) skill with SharePoint 2007, 2010 or 2013
· Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office 2010/2013 Professional skills
· Understanding of NERC CIP Standards/Requirements is preferred
· Intermediate understanding of the Windows 7 Desktop and Server 2008/2012 R2 platform is preferred
· Experience with the SigmaFlow compliance tool is preferred
· Experience with the VMware vCM compliance tool is preferred
· Prior experience in a Microsoft Windows support role is preferred
