Responsibilities include planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting all LAN attached hardware and installed software.
Ability to communicate with all levels of co-workers a must.

-Responsible for Troubleshooting hardware/software/phone issues on a timely basis Monitor and analyze Help Desk entries to ensure clients'' needs are properly met Install new / rebuild existing PCs configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage etc.
- Perform daily backup monitoring, Verifies completion and integrity of daily/monthly backups. IP phone system
- Perform Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes Organize and coordinate activities associated with installation, deployment, and upgrade of software, hardware, voice/video resources Provide on-going education and training to users
- Propose changes or solutions to products and services for optimal business results, as well as investigate customer relationship problems
- Analyzes business processes, assesses and defines customer specifications and requirements, proposes business solutions and services needs to satisfy customer requirements, and facilitates solution design, building, and testing.
