Position: Desktop Support
Duration: Long Term
Location: San Mateo, CA
Job Responsibilities:
Provide remote and onsite support to staff
Deliver training to end users on internal IT platforms and products with new features.
Maintain IT environment, including Cabling, WAN/LAN network, phone, video conference, PC, printer, etc. in local offices.
Perform daily IT maintenance of (including but not limited to) PC/mobility hardware, software and app, voice and video conference, security and network connectivity, for all employees.
Provide and manage all IT assets in the region to insure inventory accuracy and end user experience
Provide technology hotline services and onsite support to staff in local and remote offices
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of 2-5 years of demonstrated work experience in IT fields.
Working knowledge of Cisco or other similar networking equipment and TCP/IP.
Working knowledge of voice/video conference solution solutions and devices.
Experience with Windows and MAC OS X.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
