Job Requirements:

10+ Relevant experience and preferred education of 2+ year degree or equivalent technical study
Experienced in PC (desktop/laptop/thin client) Support including virtual machines
Experienced in PC operating system support - Windows 7/10 installation, patching, and troubleshooting
Experience in Windows networking TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving desktop issues
Proven knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Lync 2013, e-Fax, McAffe Anti-Virus, SharePoint
Experience with hard drive encryption - encrypting, decrypting, and troubleshooting; preference for Bitlocker and Winmagic SecrureDoc
Industry certification (A+, Network+, MCP, etc)
