Location: Montpelier, VT
Type of Hire: Full time


Responsibilities:

Serves as customer advocate and escalates issues to the appropriate team member and manages through resolution.
Manages the executive''s expectations regarding technology and processes.
Is a liaison to other IT Teams.
Required to have excellent verbal skills along with the ability to adjust and make split second decisions regarding support needs.
Establish trust with customer base and maintain confidentiality.
Interact with executives for desktop support issues, communicate & update progress
Key Skills Include:
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic technical support knowledge of Windows, MAC, mobile devices and printers, Skype and office 365 Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly.
Highly motivated individual who is organizationally savvy and possesses an executive presence
