Desktop Support
Duration = 18 months
Location = Columbus, OH
Pay rate = $42/hr on our W2 with no benefits
This role will serve as a technical SME on projects and problem tickets.
5-7 years of Desktop OS (Windows 7, Windows 10) tier 3 support\engineering
experience. We need someone who has invested significant time into being a
desktop OS guru.
Systems / OS support for a large application portfolio in an enterprise
environment required.
Solid Windows O/S knowledge and expertise, including Windows 7 & 10
experience (5-7 years)
Solid background with desktop image development and workstation
deployment (SCCM and Imaging (MDT\OSD
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Security / GPO / AD experience
Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting, as well as
independently, with minimal guidance
Grasp of supporting networking concepts\technologies: Ethernet, Wireless,
DNS, firewalls, DHCP, etc.
Scripting (primarily with PowerShell) a plus!

Application Support Engineer
Duration = 18 months
Location = Columbus OH
Pay rate = $35.00/hr on our W2 with no benefits
Application support and engineering role focused on business hours support
of several enterprise strategic tools that support distributed database
technologies.
Proven ability and experience supporting 3 tier packaged applications with
focus on maintaining service levels, application availability, request fulfillment and problem resolution.
Ability to navigate Linux and Windows OS required.
Ability to follow documentation (both internal and vendor
supplied) is required, as well as ability to update internal documentation
as necessary.
Familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL Server is preferred.
