Job Description :
Provides centralized or specialized helpdesk support. May be located in a critical
area or aligned to a specific client business unit. General responsibilities include
inbound call handling, incident monitoring, troubleshooting of remotely resolvable
issues, incident routing, and end to end follow-up on incidents. May include aspects
of reporting, email support, chat support, and remote takeover.
