Required Skills
4 - 5 years technical experience
Provide high quality support for 25K+ internal end users
Strong knowledge of network authentication
Strong understanding of Cisco ISE
Good understanding of Network Fundamental concepts
Cisco Switch iOS experience
Emergency On-Call situation and processes knowledge
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange Hybrid Environment, Office 365)
Familiarity with Bomgar to remotely troubleshoot with users
Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to work internally with other resolver groups
Strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to analyze and solve any given issue
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
Provide support for laptops, desktops, network printers, iPads, and IP phone equipment.

Good to have:

High level understanding of all IT Infrastructure related technologies like Desktops, Servers, Databases, Storage and Backups
Familiarity with Orion, Logrhythm, Splunk, Airwatch
VOIP knowledge is preferred
