Troubleshoot Desktop and Laptop
Good experience and knowledge in handling Desktop and Laptop hardware problems.
Performs remedial repairs on desktops and Laptops
Responsible for data recovery from laptop and desktop
Must have experience in McAfee Decryption tool and Microsoft Bit locker
Must have experience in recovering data from dead systems
Must have hands on experience in Windows 7 Operating system
Must have knowledge in Microsoft patch deployment and its standards
Maintain and update documentation
