IDEALFORCE have three Contract positions available immediately for Desktop Support Consultant to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Description of Duties
Managing and responding to user service requests.
Imaging and patching PCs
Installing and troubleshooting workstations, printers, scanners, signature pads and all future hardware.
Responding to and updating trouble tickets
Completing all required paperwork
On site troubleshooting and problem resolution
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and system configuration is required
