Job Description:
Client is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the following:
- Software support which includes MS office, SharePoint and Outlook
- PC imaging, first level problem determination\resolution, PC hardware replacement\upgrade. AD user accounts, Exchange account setup. Basic PC network connectivity.
- Ticket management using Service Manager

-Proven experience as desktop support technician or other customer support role
-Tech savvy with working knowledge of office products.
-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
-Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
-Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented and even-tempered
