Desktop Services Technician
On behalf of our client, Procom Services is searching for a Desktop Services Technician for a contract opportunity in Plano, TX.
Desktop Services Technician Job Details
3-5 years experience
1. Support users of Windows systems, e.g. SCCM, Active Directory, etc.
2. Work in an O365 and Windows Azure environment
3. Provide desktop management support for both Windows and Mac users
4. Coach junior support engineers on technical topics
5. Take shifts on weekly rotation: 8am – 5pm and 9am – 6pm. Support activities on weekends, holidays and after office hours
Desktop Services Technician Mandatory Skills
1. Excellent communication skills (English is must and Japanese is optional)
2. Excellent skill and knowledge on Windows systems, e.g. SCCM, AD, etc.
3. Good operation experience in O365 and Windows Azure environment
4. Good desktop management experience for both Windows and Mac
5. Able to pick up new knowledge, e.g. Audiovisual, security and etc6. Able to coach junior support engineers on technical topics
