Job Description :
Position – Desktop Engineer \ SCCM Administration
Location : Coppell, TX
Client : DTCC

Strong working knowledge in the following areas
SCCM 2012 deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience
Full understanding of SCCM 2012 Hierarchy including setup/troubleshooting
Ability to create Deployments/Collections/Packages within an SCCM 2012 environment
Understanding of setup/use/troubleshooting of software deployment “Maintenance Windows”
Full understanding of downloading and deploying MS patches using WSUS within SCCM 2012
Reporting with Systems Management Center Systems Management Server 2012
SQL Knowledge and ability to directly query the SCCM Database
Scripting experience VBscript and\or Powershell preferred
Deployment experience in System Center Configuration Manager
Knowledge and use of SCCM OSD and\or MDT Toolkit
Responsible for proper escalation, communications, and management of production system problem
Provide 3rd level support for desktop support technicians
Other duties as assigned
Familiar with Active Directory Services


Technical Knowledge:
Microsoft SCCM 2007 / 2012 – Design, Engineering, Technical support with advanced knowledge of server and client maintenance, troubleshooting, SQL query writing, SUP, and application deployments
Microsoft SCCM 2007 /2012 OSD (Operating System Deployment) technical experience is preferred
Windows 7\10 technical support experience with advanced knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting

Qualifications:
5-8 years’ experience – SCCM Management
5 years’ experience – Windows OS Platform management and support
