Department: North Carolina Department of Information Technology (NCDIT)
Description: NCDIT requires a Tier 3 Desktop Support Admin to assist with multiple ongoing projects both over the phone and in person. This temporary staff position will be required to assist T3 consumer platform staff and assist with multiple ongoing projects and will assist with T3 level customer support for 14 state agencies and 3400 endpoints.
