Job Description :
Responsible for Installs, modifies and makes repairs to computer hardware, peripherals and mobility devices. Investigates and resolves software and hardware incidents. Maintains excellent customer service skills while performing technical assistance of the following duties.

Responsibilities:

4 Deskside Services, break-fix, IMAC (installations, moves, additions, and changes) and Remote support

4 Onboarding/Off boarding of the End user devices (Laptop, Desktop, Mac, iPad, Mobile etc

4 Macbook, iPhone and iPad break-fix

4 Printer break-fix and installation

4 Disposal, redeployment and Asset reclaim

4 Shipping coordination

4 Data Backup and Data Recovery coordination

4 Image installation

4 Hardware Refresh

4 Warranty and Out-of-warranty repair and replacement

4 Depot Services

4 Walk Up Support

4 Spare parts management

4 Executive (VIP) Support

4 Audio and Video Support including Health Checks

4 Inventory and Asset Management – Depot Operations

4 Coordinate with external vendors for dispatch support



Qualifications:
Associate''s degree (A. A or equivalent in C.I.S. (Computer Information Systems) from two-year college or technical school; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Should be an individual contributor who can work independently in a remote location and connect with a remote team for day-to-day operational work.
Should be willing to take additional responsibilities within the engagement and within the organization
Excellent communicator


Computer Skills:
A+ Certification
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Windows Operating Systems, particularly Windows 10, Windows 7

Macintosh Operating systems – IOS, Mac and iPad

Office 2013/2016/365
Networked printer experience (queue creation, server maint, etc a plus.
