Position Title- Demandware Developer
Duration- 6 Months
Location- SFO, CA
Must Have Skills:
12 – 15 yrs. of working experience eCommerce Integration, Cloud-based architecture, especially experience with on SFCC (Demandware) platform
5+ years of software development and integration experience with special focus on architecture, design, and development of Multi-channel ecommerce applications.
2-3 yrs Experience with Demandware project is a must
Experience in Performance Optimization of highly scalable e-Commerce platforms
In-depth understanding of how to integrate Demandware with a others systems/third party etc;
Experience in eCommerce development, design and development;
Extensive knowledge in Demandware Business Manager configuration and Demandware Script
Good to have jQuery, UI frameworks for implementation of Demandware solutions
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to e-commerce and Demandware implementation
Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for ecommerce solutions and articulate business need in terms of DW Business Manager Configuration
Provide guidance, troubleshoot and answer questions related to DWEW development
Desired Skills:
Previous experience designing and implementing eCommerce solutions in Demandware
Strong technical background in commerce website implementations
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Demandware subject matter expert beyond the basic certification, but to include significant project experience and share knowledge with the team.
Work with Project Leadership teams to develop the overall architectural design and implementation plan. Serves as the technical leader, as required, in the oversight of implementation, installation, customization and integration efforts of eCommerce technical solutions to guarantee the intent of the architecture to maintain a high level of quality and performance.
Translates complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architectures and designs for eCommerce web site projects with appropriate documentation.
Responsible for the over-all solution architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance of eCommerce web sites.
Provide architecture and design for implementations, perform gap analysis between business requirements and design the configuration, customizations, extensions, and interfaces required to meet the requirements.
Review software code that is built to scope and within the agreed upon goals.
Translates complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architectures and designs for eCommerce web site projects with appropriate documentation.
Perform analysis of eCommerce tools, 3rd party platform integration, and environment infrastructure.
Define common business and development processes, platform and tools usage for ecommerce solutions and delivery.
Review and audit of solution, design, and system architecture.
Perform profiling and troubleshooting of existing platform.
