Technical Skills
Good knowledge in Delphi & object oriented programing
Knowledge in Delphi IDE & Developer Express components
Good SQL knowledge in writing complex queries & stored procedure
Strong debugging skills, need to identify performance bottlenecks in customer environment
Maintain detailed knowledge of current and upcoming future specifications, product capabilities, integrations and compatibilities.
Lead technical architecture/design sessions and writing technical architecture/design documents.
Solve client technical issues, Manage technical scope and client expectation.
Experience
7+ year experience in Delphi programming
Work experience in maintenance project is preferable
Others
Good exploration and problem solving skill
