Job Description :
Role: Datacenter Architect
Location: Vista , CA
Responsible for creating and maintaining a robust, supportable and current IT architecture that enhances the clients ability to meet its goals and adapt to rapidly changing business needs
Creates and maintains a set of Server and Data Center system architecture standards, models, guidelines, design drawings and business processes. Datacenter systems includes Storage, Window client/server OS, Backup environments, DR, Cloud setup/migrations, SSO platform, Citrix, etc
Provide guidance and assist the run operations team in order to fulfill all contractual requirements with the client
Provide support for all critical incidents, changes, problems & request tickets. Act as an escalation contact for all other tickets that couldn t be resolved by operations support team
Ensure all projects are handed over to operations support with detailed documentation including architecture & run books
Manage the client physical datacenter for all datacenter equipment s
Ensure all support processes are followed as per guidelines shared
Act as technical lead for all operations support group
Any other activities as required to support business requirements
