Role: Database Support Architect

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong English proficiency. Ability to translate business needs into appropriate data structures.
- Ability to quickly learn business processes and how the various business units interact with data.
- Ability to define requirements for new technologies or strategies related to reference by building new business processes based on business needs
- Leadership skills needed to successfully promote ideas, coordinate work activities, and plan deliverables in coordination with business clients and those relying on existing data structures.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, analytical skills, and employ judgment to offer thoughtful, concise solutions to business client data problems.
- Ability to work across teams with a wide variety of technical skills, including data scientists, data engineers, data modelers, and business process architects.
- Ensures systems quality and maintenance of supporting documentation, including data dictionaries and/or business glossaries
- Researches, stays current with, and understands relevant business and technology trends and applies them to current company needs
